Reserved funds
I received my tax refund from SARS. FNB decided to block my account and have a lot of stories that SARS must give them permission to open the account. Since when does this happen. Can't do anything at this stage as no funds available. SARS say you must talk to the bank and the bank say you must talk to SARS. I have even emailed the statement from sars that states everything is in order on there side. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most *********** staff!!!!

21 Oct 2020, 06:20I have been hearing this for a week now! This is not good enough! I have contacted sars and they have not put a pledge on my account. Release my money with immediate effect! I have sent thru statement from sars showing all is in order. Please also put me in touch with a manager so that i can take the issue up with them.

Myself and my accountant has contacted sars and there are pledges on their side.
I have also done some research and this is not an isolated issue!
If this is not sorted today I will have no choice than to open a case of ***** against the bank and every staff member I contacted. I will also open a case at the ombudsman.
I trust this issue will be resolved swiftly!
