Reserved funds by Fnb ***** unit

Even today my complaint haven't been solved by Fnb, they only called and they told me they have escalated my matter for further assistance but yet nothing is happening,Am waiting for my money because I didn't ****** anyone I have participated just like one in the group,so Why now my money has to be reserved
