Reserved Funds

My account was blocked due to alleged ***** but that is not the issue, during the investigation a R2000 was deducted from the money in my account and "reserved" I have been enquiring since the 03rd or 4th of January to no avail. I even escalated the matter with no proper assistance. I love FNB and have not had an issue with their customer service until now. The investigation has been closed but that does not stop them from sending me from pillar to post.
