Rerversal of transferred money to a closed account

FNB is playing hide and seek with my money. They phoned on Monday and said that the matter is with the upper team.But till today nobody phoned me.I don't know what is it so hard for them to reverse the money because I am sure their system reflects the money.I am so disappointed that you could not help me in the hour of need.They did not bother phoning me.
