REQUESTING URGENT ASSISTANCE TO FREE UP MY BANK ACCOUNT

One of the good days I was refilling petrol from one of the gasoline stations,. I used my bank card to pay, however there transection was declined three times. I had to rush to the Bank and find out the problem. I was thinking that I used a wrong pin and the consultant assisted with the pim reset I went to the machine to withdraw, however the slip showed frozen bank account. I was shocked and went inside to the consultant to dig more deeper about the problem. The finding wàs that my account is attached to the sheriff's account. Now I was asking myself how can this happen where a third party invade my banking privacy and not told or warned that this will happen., Because I am not that dumb that I can not do arrangements with the affected person and solve things amicably instead of cutting my life to the poor position I am right now. I have kids to take to school and feed, I have wife who is a house keeper but I can not bring anything on the table. I can not be employed anywhere if my account is in this condition. Please help me out, free up my account and will make arrangements with the affected person. Thanks.
