Requesting the settlement letter since 2012 until today.

In 2012 I settled FNB my Credit Card with FNB, and Since 2012 I have been asking and calling FNB and I have been given multiple number atleast from one department/division to another. In 2023 several years later I am still on the same process. I went to the Branch and advise was the Online service and to them. I have tried again several numbers given with no assistance.
