REQUESTING ASSISTANCE

I contacted FNB to assist me for the next three months due to unemployement I have been unemployed for 6 nths but have managed to keep my account up to date but have hit a problem. Iget told to go into the bank and ask them to consolidate my accounts thereby lowering my payments. I sit in a queue for 2 hours then get told no they cant help me due to affordability???? then they tell me call collections for their assistance and an arrangement plan for the next three months. Iget told no they cant help me but i must not worry cause ACCCOUNTS ONLY GET HANDED OVER AFTER THREE MONTHS, This is what i am trying to avoid, So i say to the consultnat confirm with me that you will only assist after im iin arrears so she said yes. Now I have had many loans and used alot of FNB services and Need to know if this is how they treat the members????? I am trying to avoid going insolvent, going under debt review, going under admininstration and am asking for assistance for 3 months and after many years this is the treatment ou get. I think it is time I contact the newspapers as well as carte Blanche and let them start digging into this. I am so disappointed in FNB and must tell you that I contacted my other creditor and to let you know that within 15 minutes my new arrangement was in place, confirmed by email and so helpful. Peoples situations change are FNB so HEARTLESS????
