Requested to change my cheque account to an Easy PAYU option with a fee of R4

Requested to change my cheque account to an Easy PAYU option with a fee of R4.95p/m at Kyalami Corner FNB branch on 6 Oct. From the account fees charged it seems they have given me Easy Smart Option at R59p/m. This is not what I have requested. Please reverse fees and give me the Easy PAYU account requested.
