Requested documents

I have emailed home loans department at FNB requesting a copy of the offer to purchase and a letter confirming I have a home loan with them for my house allowance application and I was referred to the banking app.

I utilized the banking app and I have informed FNB home loan department via email that I am unable to retrieve those documents.

At this point, i am still waiting for those documents.
