My experience with FNB : Call On Law 1. Requested a simple lease from Nov 2017 with no success. 2.No progress update issued to you. 3.You request for persons in charge its said they are both at lunch. 4.The person always transfers you to the next person
Been assisted by these people from Nov till now no response: Mwase, Mo***atlelo. Lidene, Thobeka. Nontlantla (She gave most info) Worse part is that I app**** for advanced loan and 3 times had to be cancelled due to outstanding documents
