Request to stop ***** not honoured

On 2 September 2016 I realised my FNB card has, in some way, been cloned and has been used for swiping at toll gates. To date, almost R1500 has been swiped around immediate Gauteng areas. I immediately called the ***** department and requested they stop the card and the ability to swipe at toll gates, which they assured me they have done. They sent me the necessary forms to fill out to investigate the situation.

CLEARLY they have done nothing to stop this, as this morning, I saw that a further 5-6 transactions went through on my card on 6 September 2016. How this can be allowed is above me. Also, their sms service is so delayed, that one does not immediately realise that this is happening.

They also tell you to wait 7-10 working days for it to be solved and then disappear off the face of the earth while your bank account is being ******.

Is Steve's bank the better option, or is FNB going to attempt to do something about their ******* system

Yet another amount went off my account - on a fast count it looked like just over R800. Thank you for refunding the previous amount, but sadly it went straight out of my account again. SURELY this is an easy way to catch these ****s? No one can possibly use toll gates that often. This must be an inside job?
And PLEASE REFUND MY ACCOUNT AND STOP THE TRANSACTIONS? This is ridiculous.
