Request to settle my credit card account with FNB

Hi, I have been a good customer to FNB for many years until I lost my job three years ago. My credit card account was handed over to Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys with a balance of R30 000 and at some point I paid the account to the balance of R 21 000 but due to interest I am currently sitting with a balance of R 39 000. I have made several calls to these attorneys requesting for a discount to settle my account since currently I have a part time job which is commission based with no basic salary and last year I did not work the entire year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But no one seem to be interested to my request. Currently I have R25 000 cash and requesting FNB to offer me a discount and accept this amount as a settlement because do not know when will I have money again. It's more than 3 years trying to pay off this account. FNB I owe you and I believe you can intervene because Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys is not interest to my request. Thank you
