Request to Remove Adverse Listing with Experian – FNB Home Loan

We have a home loan account with FNB which unfortunately went into arrears and was later listed as "Handed Over" on our credit profile with Experian. The arrears have since been paid in full and the account is now completely up to date. FNB has updated the payment status with Experian, but the adverse "Handed Over" listing still remains.

I have tried to get in touch with FNB’s collections team to request the removal of the adverse listing, but there seems to be no direct department handling this and my request has not been attended to.

I kindly request that FNB submit an official update to Experian reflecting the current status of our account — up to date and in good standing — and remove the adverse listing. This is currently impacting our ability to access credit, even though the matter has been resolved.

Please assist urgently or let me know who I can contact directly to sort this out.
