Request settlement letter
I requested Settlement letter for RCP on 2nd May till today have not received it. But I get emails of payment because my account is in arrears. But they can't provide with the letter to settle the account. I'm the one always follow up by calling or email and get the same answer to get feedback with 24-48 hrs but still no answer. Please assist me on this matter. Ref Complaint Reference ***F assigned to FNB Loans
