Fnb has been deducting money from my husband and I for the same account since December 2024 we tried communicating with them via emails which are still unanswered even today,when we go to the branch they can't help also what we want from them is to refund the money deducted from my husband's account nje

10 Feb 2026, 19:01To FNB regarding the above mentioned complain we were given different explanations then asked to submit documents to prove the deductions which we did. Its sad to say that even today we have not received any feedback from FNB indicating the process of their investigations or when are they refunding the money back.
