Request Paid up letter for Temp Loan settled in May 2024.
Trust that all is well.
I have for the past days chatting with FNB regarding the same request which is being provided with a Temp Loan Paid up letter .
Mind you this temp loan was paid an settled in May already which I don’t understand why must it take 4 business days to send the document.
At fist I was informed that it will take 4 hours to be sent to me by one of the people via the chat on the 13th Sep 2024 .
Then later on Saturday I was informed that it takes 4 business days, what is so difficult in providing the document of something I paid in May already.
An this specific temp loan is still reflecting on my credit profile when I view my credit profile WHY ????
Today marks the 4 business days an I have not received the document.
Can I please be assisted regarding the above.
Today Marks 5 business days that my query has not been resolved.
To make it worse I was handed over for a settled temp loan.
An for the past 4 days I have been speaking to different people an getting different answers regarding my query.
I`m powerless right now, an upset that the One bank I have banked with for 10 years is doing this to me.
Even thinking of moving to Discovery Bank now..
