request of settlement letters

I had two credit loan with FNB, I was handed over to FNB attorneys and I managed to settle all my credit loans I had with them, now am in need of settlement letters of the credit loans, When I call they just transferring me from one department to another, and at the end they hang up my calls without assisting me, this has been happening for two months now.
