REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS IGNORED BY FNB AND ARA

My mother has been making payments towards settling her credit card debt, she makes monthly payments but when she requests for her account statement, nothing comes through. FNB sent her account to ARA and she still made monthly payments to their account number, again when she asked for her statement they didn't provide her with one, she told them that she would cease paying until an updated statement was issued, still no statement was provided to her.

Now she received endless calls from them daily, over 10 and they are rude and unhelpful.

My mom is a pensioner who isn't avoiding paying off her debt but seeks transparency from FNB.
