Request for Settlement Letter Ignored

I've requested a settlement letter for my credit card in order to pay the balance in full on Friday 19 September. Went to Menlyn Maine branch and couldn't be assisted. Used the online chat and promise it will be emailed - nothing was emailed till now .. I've spoken to 5 people on the online chat again today and as we speak still nobody can help me with this. Absolute pathetic service !!!!
