Request for payment holiday

Can someone from home loan account get back to me with regards to my request on payment holiday. I have sent emails made calls which your consultant are not answering, and all am getting is automatic emails that refers me to an app which is useless too because your consultant said I must apply online after I told him that I do not have an account with fnb but my home loan is financed by fnb. Can someone please advise on this.
