Request for payment

I took smart devices with FNB. I get paid on the 15th and I requested the money for the devices to set off on the 15th. They told me they cant do that because the devices can only be paid on the dates provided for me. What I hate is the fact that by the time I have to pay the devices I don't have available funds. The funny part is that I have a loan with them and they debit the loan on the 15th. The service is pathetic. I opened a business account with them and I called the for KYC docs for confirming my business directorship to activate my business account. The agent told me it will take up to 24 to 48 hrs to get someone to send be three pages documents. I just cant believe it.
