REQUEST FOR MY BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT. MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

My relationship is said to have been terminated with FNB, but I am yet to be given my balance.

Worst is that each time I go to the branch, they keep telling me either the person handling my case is not available or that their network is down that I should check up next time.

Mothei Kagiso is the staff that supposed to tell me how best to collect my balance but he or she has not been responding to my emails.

This bank has frustrated me.

They should just give me my balance let me go. Simple!
