Request for Loan Settlement Letter and Account Closure
Dear FNB,
I am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding my loan account. I made the final payment on Friday, 13 September, and I am kindly asking for a settlement letter to confirm that the loan is fully paid up. Additionally, I would like the loan account to be officially closed.
I believe this is a standard process, but I have yet to receive any confirmation from your side. Please assist me with this as soon as possible.

19 Sept 2024, 10:44Good morning. I have not received any response from the team as yet with regards to the closure of the loan account which I have settled. Please can you ask one of them to urgently reach out to me, as I urgently need that paid up letter for settling the account on Friday the 13th

25 Sept 2024, 11:36Please ask one of your agents to contact me urgently, this matter has not been resolved, the account is still open and I see a balance owing now instead of the account being closed. This account was paid up on the 13th and the agent I spoke to after lodging this promised me that this account would have been closed by now, however its still open, please get back to me urgently. I need this matter resolved today, I don't want a debit order going off when this account should have been closed
