Request for Information and Debt Prescription Status of FNB Premier Credit Card Account
I contacted the company you referred to as Barrett and Associates and had a conversation with Cynthia. During our call, I explicitly mentioned that I was recording the conversation.
Cynthia proceeded to inquire about my cellphone number, email address, ID Number, and Physical Address, explaining that FNB required this information for security purposes.
I expressed my need for a letter regarding the debt prescription status of the FNB Premier Credit Card Account. Cynthia informed me that it had not yet reached the point of prescription based on the information in her system.
I would like a comprehensive statement concerning that account to verify the details.

11 Oct 2023, 13:39Despite my repeated requests, I have not received any proof of payment or financial records for the past three years. This is a violation of the National Credit Act, and both FNB and their debt collection agency are failing to comply with it. Today, I contacted Barrett & Associates again and spoke to Portia, who gave me an incorrect email address to send my query to.
