Request for downgrade from Premier Credit Card to Gold Fusion account
I have been requesting a downgrade on my credit account from last year February and have been in contact with a many people from the bank with no success yet I have to keep paying the additional fees for the premier credit card even after requesting for a downgrade.

26 May 2021, 12:51My account has not been downgraded again since the initial request on the 07th of May.
I think it is unfair that i will be charged this month for the downgrade has not been finalised since my request.
