Request for cancelation letter of ceded policy

I had ceded my policy to fnb when they gave me a homeloan over 15yrs ago. Then I sold the house. For the past two weeks, I have been asking them for a cancelation letter. Everyday they are asking for the same documents, which I have send 5 times
