Request for Call Recordings and QA Review – Consultant: Modisane, Meshack

I would like to raise a formal concern regarding the service I received from a consultant named Modisane, Meshack. The tone and manner in which he spoke to me during our calls were extremely unpleasant, belittling, and condescending. I was unaware that my September premium had not been paid, and instead of being approached with courtesy and understanding, I felt disrespected and spoken to in a harsh and unprofessional way. What’s particularly troubling is that he did not address me by name, which made the interaction feel impersonal and dismissive. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, not like a burden or a prisoner. I kindly request that the call recordings from the first interaction with Mr. Modisane through to the most recent one be reviewed by the Quality Assurance team. I believe this will provide clear insight into the poor service I have received. Additionally, I would like to request that I no longer be contacted by Mr. Modisane in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust it will be handled with the seriousness it deserves.
