Request for business FICA documents
<p>I have submitted all FICA documents for business account as instructed by particularly rude call centre agent on the 3rd of June. Now get a threatening SMS from FNB that they will suspend the account if i do not submit the relevant documents - WHICH I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED. What more do you want from me FNB? what else must i provide for you? perhaps instead of threatening SMS's you could send me an instructional helpful sms telling me what is outstanding or better yet process the FICA documents i have already sent to you!!!!</p>
