Request for assistance seems impossible - transferred until the call disconnects

I have tried contacting your call center on numerous without success of assistance. I have been passed from department to department until the calls disconnect. It seems like your agents don't want to assist with the queries. they are happy transferring your calls and no one seems to know where the prescribed accounts are and receiving the prescription letters seem impossible
