Request for an appeal immediately

I am not happy with the outcome of my claim. Claim which was being assessed by Smangele. I would like to bring to your attention firstly the amount of time which took your assessor to conclude the assessment it unreasonable considering the way i am aware of this assessment based on my previous admission. And 2nd in her denial of my claim she make reference there was no diagnosis. There are hospital records that show even though there no diagnoses, Dr Makhumbi the doctor who had admitted me felt it was important that all of what my symptoms were treated, I had initially had initially been admitted for dysphagia which is not uncommon to my condition (Bullous Pemphigoid). Other symptoms where also present which were assessed Dr Makumbi and he felt it was important for me to be referred to a neurologist. Hospital record show that after my admission, later notified that Dr Shaelin Govender would not be able to come and consult in the rooms because he was sick. This is the reason i was later discharged without a diagnosis. There is more that enough documented information available that explain the series of events that took place during my hospital admission. Not only have provide a document from Dr Makhumbi, But Smangele could have easily have obtained any further records for her assessment. Considering the above as well as the attitude towards assisting me in my claim that Smangele had. It is clear that she had no intention of approving my assessment from the beginning. Whenever i would contact FNB call center regarding the status of my claim, i would receive a different respond. The information provided was inconsistent and vague. I would therefore like to request for an immediate appeal against this claim as i believe Smangele was not acting in good faith as she denied it.
