Request for Account Unlock and Resolution

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the recent account lock on my fnb business account without any prior notification or explanation. This lack of communication has severely disrupted my business operations, and attempts to seek clarification through customer support have been unproductive, with calls consistently being disconnected.

Furthermore, the redirection to Lunga Bottoman, purportedly an investigator, has only worsened the situation. I find their involvement counterproductive, raising questions about their competence in handling such matters.

I urgently request a thorough investigation into the grounds for the account lock and a swift resolution. It is crucial for my business and financial activities that I receive clear and justifiable reasons for this disruptive action.

I strongly recommend reconsidering Lunga Bottoman's involvement in this matter, as their actions have proven unsatisfactory and detrimental to my customer experience.

I expect your immediate attention to this matter and request the prompt unlocking of my account. The lack of communication and the resulting disruption to my business activities are unacceptable, and I trust that FNB will address this issue promptly.

I bank with other banks like Standard Bank never for once do they act like FNB. FNB is the most useless bank, and the customer service is so poor.
