Reporting Incorrect Information to the credit bureaux

Failure to report correct information to credit bureaux regarding prescription. Different officials have agreed to the last payment date of 25 September 2018 yet on the latest Transunion report it is not reported correctly. The reason is clear that they are avoiding prescription which is unavoidable anyway. Please correct as I have the last option which is the Banking Ombud.
