***** reporting - how do you prevent ***** if you don't record the correct details and stop the transaction when it's reported immediately?
***** department - how do you get it so wrong??? Immediately when I realised that a *****ulent transaction went through my account, I phoned the ***** department to report the R15000 transaction, closed my virtual card and closed my online banking profile. I dropped everything to go to the bank, 30 minutes away, to ensure that FNB can assist in any way possible to stop the transaction. The FNB employee assisted, phoned the ***** Department again, confirmed that it is the R15000 transaction that "appears" to be "Takeal*t". When phoning 3 days later to follow up on the case, the R15000 was not mentioned in the case, so what are you investigating? While being put through to another operator, the line was cut. Now, why would you as the bank, have the curtecy to call me back to complete the call? Again, I have to call, start explaining everything to another operator, and the R15000 transaction is still not added on the ***** case ***. Our money is not safe, and this absolute carelessness on the details of the ***** reported, is not giving me as a long-time customer any comfort!
