Reported Suspicious Activity On My Account, FNB Took No Action

On the 16th of Jan 2020 I complained about suspicious transactions on my account. On the 17th of Jan I as told I would be contacted shortly to give me feedback. No one ever got back to me even after enquiring a second time. It is now the 2nd of May, would be awesome if you guys could get back to me about this like you said you would?
