REPORTED *****LENT ACTIVICTY - UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

REPORTED *****LENT ACTIVITY ON ACCOUNT. My account was blocked by FNB stating that a transaction was reported as *****ulent. Individual deposited into my account and then turns around and states my account is *****ulent. Automatically this stupid fnb block my account which I use to transact daily. Several attempts to get hold of Thandokazi Mqalu at the ***** section have gone unanswered. The phones stay engaged or voice recording message "try again later" This is the worst service one can receive from FNB. fnb staff are absolutely useless to resolve any issues or to attend to complaints.
