***** reported and terminated accounts

Fnb is not good people in fruad department they dnt reply at all my account terminated it’s been 5 month now I have provided each document they ask me they still didn’t send money to my other account today they email me they asking me I must provide evidence how much money I have in my accounts I realy dnt understand what is fnb store every day they come with new store the money was reported ***** in my I have provided them supporting documents and investigater told supporting documents are valid I have email fnb care no response also fnb service very terrible I dnt do I have to get lowyer now to get my money back from fnb coz fnb is not helping even after fnb got all supporting documents was requested today they send me one latter about 11000 ZAR was reported I have provided them supporting documents in may fnb investigater dnt review the emails I send
