Reported a ***** case 2 months ago and all I’ve received from FNB is an acknowledgment email when you try to call the ‘so-called’ investigator Sithembiso the number doesn’t even go through and when you call the ***** line back they claim he’s the only investigator and they can’t help you. What’s the point of having an entire department that’s just for show? They made me run from pillar to post to prove what I was claiming and go as far as opening a case with SAPS claiming it’s the only way they can help but nothing has happened since not even a courtesy call to inform me they have decided the case is not important. I am very disappointed at this point rethinking continuing with them as a client!
