Replacement Credit Card - Frozen account - Pathetic

I phone to have my ****** Cred Card replaced - 20th and to date NOTHING!!! My account is blocked and I am unable to make any payments/transfers. Ive spoken to the outsourced courier who are even more useless. Pathetic Services (lack of) from DSV? FNB you charge me thousands in interest, monthly fees and when it comes time to ACTUALLY deliver a service you disappear!! My details are correct and yet you phone my old number - I have also re-confirmed my number and address 3 times! I NEEED ACCESS TO MY account!
