REPLACEMENT CREDIT CARD

My daughter and son in law are stuck in the US awaiting a replacement credit card from FNB Credit Card Division, their card was cloned at the beginning of January and money ****** from their account, they immediately contacted FNB Card and ***** division to report it and request a new card to enable them to pay for their accommodation and hire car etc.

They have been making phone calls and sending e mails since the 2nd of January without any action, they were first informed they would have the card within a week and it had been forwarded to them. Now when it did not arrive they again contacted FNB and were informed it had not been sent, have now been told it is in process but have been unable to get a date or tracking number to find out where it is.

I contacted the bank and the responsible people at the credit card division and have had the same type of response , blaming others and passing the buck, I was also informed that it will take a minimum of 14 to 21 days to get a new card to them. In this day and age where a Credit card is a necessity this is a disgrace.

Who covers all of the costs while waiting for the bank to get of its backside and the people responsible to move.
