Replacement card service offline

You introduced a convinient way of replacing a card when a card is ******.

I bought that card at a nearby checkers, now your service is offline, I wasted my money, and time.,as I cannot go to a branch as I don't have the time, I have been calling in to your call center, with absolutely no help.

Fix your service, it keeps on saying that it's under routine maintenance. It has been over 2 weeks now and if I do not activate this card in 30 days I loose.

This is why you will never be my main bank.
