Replacement card rip-off!
On the 25th of March I attempted to use the FNB ATM close to where I shop and through no fault of my own the machine retained my card and my transaction ended there. However I received a notification that the transaction had gone through and the only way to reverse it is by going into an FNB branch. I went to the bank to reverse the transaction and get a replacement card. I received the new card a few days ago and to my horror I have been charged a replacement fee of R140! Dear FNB,
Why am I the one to pay for this when it was YOUR machine that was faulty?
