REPLACEMENT CARD FEE

<p>My FNB Cheque card got snapped in half, I just got off the phone at FNB call centre and I need to pay R250 for a replacement fee. I refuse to pay for it, i pay so much in bank fees as it is. Its not my problem the ATM Messed up my card! Besides that, I need to change my Surname on my card as im married now and for some reason no one from the call centre understands me. PLEASE ADVISE???? Please advise via Email as it will be easier</p>
