Repeated Unexplained Delays by FNB Forex — Reference R025M8BZL0
FNB Commercial Forex has once again delayed my payment (***), despite all due diligence questions being answered promptly and in full. This is now the second time I’m experiencing such a delay.
While due diligence (DD) is important, it should not be used as an excuse for holding up time-bound transactions. The repeated delays are unreasonable and cause significant inconvenience.
Why does one have to complain to get a service from the team?

This kind of dismissive handling is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability in customer communication.
