Reopen My Business Account Closed A Day Ago FNB Hartswater

My business was closed by fnb. Without any communication my business account was closed i went to the bank requested my business account to be reopened. The branch manager sent me to the business manager saying he is the only one who can assist me after getting in touch with the business manager he send me back to the branch saying he is the only one who can assist me after going back and forth standing in long ques using my airtime my business account is still not reopened. Mind you will was only closed yesterday, Fnb never informed ne that if the account is inactive for 3 months it will automatically be closed Can fnb please reopen my business account some of us are trying to make a living.
