Renowned FNB logo its here for serious damages😡

This FNB logo came with serious mission and left me furious by affecting my debit orders to bounce back due to insufficient funds. Evertime i use my card i get notifications through an app of what balance available and working on that. The next day i found out that of my debit order bounce and i was like no it can't be like that then i logged in to my App found out there's transaction of R200.00 & R45.00 written ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITE MS 22/11 then followed by another transaction of R105 of unpaid no funds and left my account on serious damage. The worst scenario is i don't remember applying for an overdraft card and this was not happened in my past 12 years relationship...i even visited Alex branch they can't resolved my issue they are also confused. NOW ITS MY TIME TO SWITCH ON!
