removing money without my consent

I received a phone call stating that money had been transferred into my account by mistake (FNB MISTAKE). They then asking while driving to please check my account whether it had gone in. I was on the highway driving to a meeting when they said i must stop and check quick in which i told them i cant but i will as soon as i can. I was then informed to go to the nearest branch in the morning to verify it (which i would have).

i was then contacted again during my work meeting (which is extremely inconvinient) from a guy that just dont not care and insisted on getting into an argument with me. I did not give anyone permission and authorization for anyone to go into my personal banking details.... which he did which in my opinion is ***** even if a bank employee!!!

He then put me on hold for the longest time and hung up and when i got to an ATM to check for myself he hand conveniently reversed money from my account. Again without my authorization!!!!! I CONSIDER THAT ******** AND AN ACT OF THEFT!!!

I am an honest hard work citizen of this country and tto be treated like that is not how i expect to get service when im paying for it! ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN!!!!!!
