Remove the listing

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from them. There is a loan that is reflecting on my credit score and I have requested that it is removed. I sent the request to have it removed in August 2022 already and to date it reflects. I have made endless calls, sent endless emails and I was told that it would be removed. I am still waiting.
