REMOVE THE HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT, YOU HAVE ALL UPDATED DOCS!!!!!!

My account was blocked on Friday, I called the call centre, I also went into the branch the same Friday to update. Sat they said they need updated CK docs which I emailed still no hold removed. Monday I called again and its always the same story of escalatios. I am sitting on Tuesday with the account still blocked. Entlek what does FNB want me to do. When this clears I will close this account, never dealt with a bunch of useless people like this. For such a big bank its appaling.
