Remove the credit bureau enquiry from my itc profile

Kindly remove the enquiry that fnb has put on my account .. i didnt give fnb concent to go on my credit record.. due to this s enquiry i have lost point on my credit score , i want my point back .. i went to the bank and opened a savings account and strictly told the consultant i dont want a chq acc .. please fix this asap.. im in the process of buying a house and niticed that the wad enquiry done my FNB on my profile.
