Remove me on sapfs

I have a business account with recently they freezed my account saying the speed point was used for ***** they freezed my account with even informing me no email no phone call I had to find out when I was about to withdraw money from that account.I just recently found out that they block my name on SAFPS cause I'm trying to move my business to other bank may I please get help regarding them removing my name on SAFPS
